If you are unhappy with your purchase, or the item gets delivered damaged, please get in contact with me on rodwellphotography@hotmail.com once the item has been delivered.

Please send photos of the damage if applicable, and we can arrange either a full refund or an exchange for the item.

Shipping Methods
Items will be sent from my home address within 3 days of your order, and will be sent my Royal Mail.

Packaging
For sizes 6x4 and 8x6 the image and mount will be placed inside a cellophane bag, and then placed into a cardboard ridged envelope ready for posting.

For notepads/notebooks items will be protected using bubble wrap and sent in either a box or cardboard ridged envelope depending on the size of the total items.

If you have ordered a range of items, then packaging may vary to help protect the items throughout the delivery process.
